Cancellation Policy

Focus Fotos Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the Client: If the client needs to cancel a photography session, a written notice or email should be provided to the photographer as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, a cancellation fee may be applicable, which will be communicated to the client during the booking process. If the cancellation is made within a reasonable timeframe (typically at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session), the client may be eligible for a rescheduling option without incurring any additional charges. Cancellation by the Photographer: In the unlikely event that the photographer needs to cancel the photography session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure, etc.), the photographer will promptly inform the client. The photographer will make every effort to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time, and no additional charges will be imposed on the client. If rescheduling is not possible, the client will be offered a full refund of any fees paid for the session. Force Majeure: In situations beyond the control of both the client and the photographer (such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or government regulations), the photography session may need to be rescheduled or canceled. In such cases, the client and the photographer will work together to find a suitable alternative, and any fees paid for the session will be applied towards the rescheduled date or refunded if necessary. It is important for both the client and the photographer to maintain open communication and understanding regarding any changes or cancellations to ensure a mutually beneficial resolution. Specific details and terms of the cancellation policy may vary among different photographers, so it is recommended to review and discuss the policy with the photographer before booking a session.
