Photography Terms and Conditions:

Agreement: By booking a photography session with the photographer, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. The photographer reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as needed, with any changes communicated to the client in writing.

Booking and Payment:

A non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure the session date and time.

The remaining balance, if any, is typically due before or on the day of the photography session, as specified by the photographer.

Payments can be made via the agreed-upon methods, such as cash, check, or online transfer.

Rescheduling and Cancellation: 4. The client may request to reschedule or cancel a photography session by providing written notice to the photographer.

The photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

In the event of cancellation by the client, any paid fees or deposits may be subject to forfeiture or a cancellation fee, as communicated during the booking process.

If the photographer needs to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, a rescheduling option or a full refund of any fees paid will be offered.

Copyright and Usage: 8. The copyright of all photographs taken during the session remains with the photographer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

The client is granted personal usage rights for the photographs, allowing them to print, share, and use the images for personal purposes only.

Commercial or promotional use of the photographs requires prior written consent from the photographer, which may involve additional fees.

The client may not sell, license, or otherwise distribute the photographs for financial gain without explicit written permission from the photographer.

Model Release: 12. The client grants the photographer the right to use the photographs for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

If the client prefers not to have their images used for such purposes, a written request must be submitted to the photographer before or during the session.

Liability: 14. The photographer will exercise reasonable skill and care during the session and in the processing of photographs.

The photographer shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the session or as a result of the use of the photographs.

The client is responsible for the behavior and safety of themselves and any accompanying individuals during the session.

Image Processing and Delivery: 17. The photographer will select and edit the photographs to their professional standards.

The turnaround time for delivering the final edited images will be communicated to the client, and any delays will be promptly notified.

The photographer reserves the right to make editing and artistic decisions regarding the final images.

Gallery Access: 20. The client acknowledges that the photographer will provide access to an online gallery containing the edited photographs from the session. This gallery will be accessible for a period of six (6) months from the date of delivery of the final edited images. After this six-month period, the gallery may be removed, and the client will no longer have access to the images.

The client is responsible for downloading and storing the images from the gallery within the specified six-month timeframe. The photographer will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience incurred by the client if they fail to do so.

The client may request an extension of gallery access beyond the initial six-month period, subject to availability and additional fees, which will be communicated to the client at the time of the request. The photographer reserves the right to accept or decline such extension requests at their discretion.

These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between the client and the photographer. It is essential for the client to review and understand these terms before booking a session. Any specific or additional arrangements should be discussed and agreed upon in writing between the client and the photographer.
