Option to purchase additional photos at $5 per photo (minimum of 5) or upgrade to unlimited for $100. Additional hours are available at $150 per hour. Cancellation Policy

Focus Fotos Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the Client: Clients must provide written notice or email to the photographer as soon as possible if they need to cancel a photography session. Depending on the circumstances, a cancellation fee may be applicable and will be communicated to the client during the booking process. Suppose the cancellation is made within a reasonable timeframe (typically at least 48 hours before the scheduled session). In that case, the client may be eligible for a rescheduling option without additional charges. Cancellation by the Photographer: If the photographer needs to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure, etc.), the photographer will promptly inform the client. Every effort will be made to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time, and the client will not be charged additional fees. If rescheduling is not possible, the client will be offered a full refund of any fees paid for the session. Force Majeure: In situations beyond the control of both the client and the photographer (such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or government regulations), the photography session may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. The client and the photographer will work together to find a suitable alternative, and any fees paid for the session will be applied towards the rescheduled date or refunded if necessary. Communication and Rescheduling: The client and the photographer should maintain open communication and understanding regarding any changes or cancellations to ensure a mutually beneficial resolution. Clients are encouraged to review and discuss the policy with the photographer before booking a session to ensure mutual understanding and agreement.
