Our expert photographers create timeless, heartfelt images that beautifully document your unique story. During our relaxed sessions, we encourage natural interactions and genuine emotions, capturing playful moments, heartfelt embraces, and candid laughter that showcase the authentic connections that make your family remarkable. Package Details: You can choose a 60-minute photo session at a location of your choice, with alternative options available upon consultation with our photographer. Access an online gallery to view and share all the edited photos from the session. All supplied images undergo basic lighting and color adjustments. Additional Offerings: Purchase prints, canvases, posters, framed prints, and digital images directly within the gallery. Digital Image Option: $5 for single-use (personal, digital, or print) or $10 for five uses (personal, commercial, editorial, digital, or print). Travel: The package includes travel within the first 100km, with each additional kilometre charged at $1. Choose from our family photography packages: Bronze Package: 1-hour session (indoor or outdoor), professional editing, online gallery, and ten high-resolution digital images. Silver Package: The package includes a one-hour session (indoor or outdoor), professional editing, an online gallery, 20 high-resolution digital images, and an 8x10-inch print of your favorite photo. The price is $349. Gold Package: 1-hour session (indoor and outdoor), professional editing, online gallery, 30 high-resolution digital images, an 11x14-inch print of your favourite photo, and a custom-designed 8x8-inch hardcover photo album. Unlimited Upgrades: Basic Unlimited: $100 (for single-use, personal, digital, or print) Extended Unlimited: $250 (personal, commercial, editorial, digital, or print). Cancellation Policy

Focus Fotos Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the Client: Clients must provide written notice or email to the photographer as soon as possible if they need to cancel a photography session. Depending on the circumstances, a cancellation fee may be applicable and will be communicated to the client during the booking process. Suppose the cancellation is made within a reasonable timeframe (typically at least 48 hours before the scheduled session). In that case, the client may be eligible for a rescheduling option without additional charges. Cancellation by the Photographer: If the photographer needs to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure, etc.), the photographer will promptly inform the client. Every effort will be made to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time, and the client will not be charged additional fees. If rescheduling is not possible, the client will be offered a full refund of any fees paid for the session. Force Majeure: In situations beyond the control of both the client and the photographer (such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or government regulations), the photography session may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. The client and the photographer will work together to find a suitable alternative, and any fees paid for the session will be applied towards the rescheduled date or refunded if necessary. Communication and Rescheduling: The client and the photographer should maintain open communication and understanding regarding any changes or cancellations to ensure a mutually beneficial resolution. Clients are encouraged to review and discuss the policy with the photographer before booking a session to ensure mutual understanding and agreement.
