Our experienced photographers take the time to get to know you, understanding your individual style and the message you want to convey through your headshots. During the headshot session, we create a comfortable and relaxed environment where you can feel at ease and express yourself naturally. Our photographers will guide you through poses and expressions that highlight your best features, while also capturing the warmth and approachability that makes you stand out. We pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that your headshots are professionally lit, well-composed, and technically flawless. We utilize high-quality equipment and expertise to create images that are crisp, clear, and visually appealing. Whether you need headshots for professional purposes, corporate branding, social media profiles, or personal branding, our photography services are tailored to meet your specific needs. This package includes: 45-minute photo session with our portrait photographer at a selected location. If you have a specific location in mind, speak the photographer to advise of alternative location. You will be provided with photographers pick of the best 10 photos in Black & White and in Colour You will receive viewing to all the edited photos from the session in a digital gallery. All supplied images go through basic lighting and colour adjustments (editing) Prints, canvases, posters, framed prints and digital images available for purchase within the gallery. $5 Digital Image. These can be used one time for personal, digital or print use. $10 Digital Image. These images can be used 5 times for personal, commercial, and editorial, digital or print use. First 100km of travel included, additional km at $1 per km.

Cancellation Policy

Focus Fotos Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the Client: If the client needs to cancel a photography session, a written notice or email should be provided to the photographer as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, a cancellation fee may be applicable, which will be communicated to the client during the booking process. If the cancellation is made within a reasonable timeframe (typically at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session), the client may be eligible for a rescheduling option without incurring any additional charges. Cancellation by the Photographer: In the unlikely event that the photographer needs to cancel the photography session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure, etc.), the photographer will promptly inform the client. The photographer will make every effort to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time, and no additional charges will be imposed on the client. If rescheduling is not possible, the client will be offered a full refund of any fees paid for the session. Force Majeure: In situations beyond the control of both the client and the photographer (such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or government regulations), the photography session may need to be rescheduled or canceled. In such cases, the client and the photographer will work together to find a suitable alternative, and any fees paid for the session will be applied towards the rescheduled date or refunded if necessary. It is important for both the client and the photographer to maintain open communication and understanding regarding any changes or cancellations to ensure a mutually beneficial resolution. Specific details and terms of the cancellation policy may vary among different photographers, so it is recommended to review and discuss the policy with the photographer before booking a session.
